Abus 80mm Hasp & Staple from Cookson Hardware.

The Abus hasp and staple has a hardened staple and hinge pins. When the Abus hasp and staple is closed ready for locking, the hinge pin and screws are concealed for added security. Abus hasp and staples have corrosion protection enabling them to be used for internal or external security situations.

Designed for doors closing flush, i.e. door leaf and door frame are level

‘DG’ versions: with double joint – designed for doors not closing flush, i.e. door leaf and door frame are not level, and corner solutions

To be used with a padlock
The symbiosis between hasp and padlock:
The security rating of the hasp should always match the padlock. ABUS offers a wide range of safety hasps and padlocks. Additionally toughened steel loops that take the shackle of the padlock are concealed inside the hasp and thus provide optimal protection against attempts to break the lock open.
