25ø sharp point for easy penetration into wood/chipboard/MDF, plastics and thin sheet metal.

Surface hardened up to 750 HV to prevent torque shearing under load and a core hardness of up to 450 HV for improved ductility.

Made from Austenitic Stainless Steel to give optimum corrosion resistance.

Double countersunk reduces the likelihood of head shear and assists completion of countersinking.

40ø deep single thread to provide a secure fixing with high pull-out resistance.

Lubricated with Gleitmo 605 (dilution ratio 1:5) to enhance screw insertion time and a greater resistance to corrosion. (Gleitmo 605 is non-toxic and environmentally friendly).

Full batch-traceability to the original steel mill certificate.

Fully threaded up to 70mm thereafter partially threaded.
