Product Reference: 3R35F
Handle set for Union 3R35 Mortice Dead Locking Door Latch. The operation handle on the inside can be secured by key from either side.

The handle sets are not handed so they can be reversed on site.
Operation
Latchbolt is withdrawn by key from either side and by lever handle from the inside. Door is automatically deadlocked when closed, whilst snib can be used to hold the bolt back when it needs to be left ajar. The operation handle on the inside can be secured by key from either side.
