These cutters are turned, milled and ground from a solid piece of Tungsten Carbide and provide the greatest durability when used under stress load conditions.

Offer better plunge cutting characteristics than TCT.

Many more re-sharpenings can be obtained from STC tools.

A harder grade of carbide is used as the tool is not brazed.

Single flute - fast feed rate.

Cutters are chosen for fast free cutting, when cutting speed takes preference over finish.

All cutters of 2mm diameter and below should have a minimum of 1.0mm depth of cut per pass.

Small diameter cutters should be handled with care and shallow passes taken.

Single flute cutters should not be used in eccentric chucks.
