Operation is simple from the outside, just a handle to slide the door open or closed, overcoming the problems related to positioning and avoiding conflict with the lock. The indicator release allows access in emergencies. Lift the lever inside to lock the door and use to slide the door open or closed.

The unique JEFLOCK sliding door accessible toilet lock comes in a complete set as shown. The handle for the outside is 510mm x 19mm diameter with the bottom fixing at approximately 900mm above FFL, this not only aids operation by wheelchair users but also complies with minimum height recommendations of 1300mm to the top. The inside 19mm diameter lever handle is fitted at approximately 1000mm above FFL and complies with all new legislation and recommendations. We suggest a 1100mm door for a clear opening of 900mm which allows a 200mm projection of door leaf when the door is in the slide open position.
