The range of internal door handles on rose and door handles on back plates, is vast and ever changing as new designs are introduced from a host of manufacturers including Carlisle Brass, M Marcus or Heritage Brass, Fortessa, Eurospec, Zoo Hardware, Hoppe, Arrone and From The Anvil.
Many materials, shapes and finishes are available allowing you to make those all important finishing touches to your home. The most popular contemporary finishes include chrome door handles in polished and satin chrome, brass door knobs and handles, and satin nickel door handles. For a more traditional style there is rustic black antique door furniture, pewter door handles or brass and bronze finishes.
Matching door accessories such as escutcheons and bathroom turn and releases are available to compliment these handles.

Digit 1 – Category of use

Four grades are identified.

• Grade 1: medium frequency of use with a high incentive to exercise care and a small chance of misuse, e.g. internal residential doors
• Grade 2: medium frequency of use by people with some incentive to exercise care but where the is some chance of misuse, e.g. internal office doors
• Grade 3: high frequency of use by public or others with little incentive to exercise care and with a high chance of misuse, e.g. public office doors
• Grade 4: high frequency of use on doors which are subject to frequent violent use, e.g. football stadiums, oil rigs, barracks, public toilets, etc
